In 2005, Kyra received a BFA from the Kansas City Art Institute. After graduation, she moved to Chicago where she began working for the Chicago Printmakers Collaborative. She has participated in shows at the Chicago Printmakers Collaborative, Happy Dog, Marwen and several other local arts event spaces.
Kyra moved to St. Louis in the summer or 2008 where she worked for several different printshops: Tom Huck’s Evil Prints, Island Press at WashU, Pele Prints, and Joan Hall’s studio.
Her studio is currently located in the Pilsen art district of Chicago.
